GAP Group is seeking a proactive Hire & Sales Coordinator for our Plant & Tool division in the UK. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling hire requests, coordinating logistics, and resolving queries to keep operations running smoothly.

You'll thrive in a busy depot, build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and identify opportunities to maximise sales while delivering excellent service. Training and career progression are available within a growing business.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a high-volume hire desk or similar fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commercial edge and a drive to increase sales.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with great attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Manage incoming and outgoing hires per day across plant and tool equipment.
• Process hire desk administration and handle customer and supplier queries quickly and accurately.
• Ensure stock levels meet demand and identify opportunities to maximise sales.
• Coordinate with drivers and fitters to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
• Resolve customer complaints and supplier issues with professionalism.
