Job summary

Grafters Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a proactive sales administrator to manage inbound enquiries and support Sales Managers. You will prepare quotations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate pricing and product details for quotes.

The role also involves planning travel to visit customers and exhibitions and maintaining CRM records. You will identify upsell opportunities, respond to requests from customers, and help drive turnover while supporting the Customer Service

Responsibilities

Handle Incoming Sales Enquiries: Take ownership of inbound sales enquiries, ensuring that each enquiry is handled efficiently and effectively.
Prepare quotations and supporting literature based on current price list or instructions from the Director/Managers.
Liaise with internal managers to ensure quotations meet product and pricing requirements.
Follow up on additional customer questions arising from quotations and chase existing quotes to final outcome.
Support business development and customer service by backing up sales managers and Customer Service.
Plan external travel to visit customers, prospects and exhibitions – travel time around 20%–25%.
Engage with customers via telephone, email and in-person visits to maintain high levels of interaction.
Build knowledge of key commercial markets, products and customer needs to strengthen the commercial team.
Manage customer data in the CRM, add new contacts and keep information up to date.
