GRS Group in Bristol is seeking a Senior Internal Sales Coordinator to drive growth across the region. This office-based role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, focusing on building relationships with customers, hauliers, and suppliers to maximise orders and profit.

You will work with external sales managers, manage tenders and live files, and promote the company image while maintaining accurate commercial information.

Qualifikationen

• Sales and marketing background in the construction industry required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with external sales managers to ensure quotations, tender/live files are handled timely and professionally.
• Liase with customers to identify when tenders go live and who is successful.
• Conduct some cold calling and social media input as directed by directors.
