Jobwise Ltd is recruiting for an Internal Sales Support role based in their well-established offices just outside Swinton. The role supports field-based account managers to provide excellent customer service, including handling enquiries, updating on order progress and processing quotes.

You will liaise with customers by phone and email, build relationships, and ensure quotes and orders are managed efficiently. A competitive salary and strong career prospects are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support roles.
• Comfortable working with Word, Excel and email.
• Accurate with a strong eye for detail.
• Confident with excellent people skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers by phone and email, building positive relationships.
• Assist with day-to-day enquiries and update customers on order progress.
• Prepare and issue quotes, monitor outstanding quotes and flag them.
• Process orders to meet dispatch deadlines.
• Handle customer issues, liaise with other departments and external couriers.
