Jobwise Ltd in Altrincham Town Centre is recruiting a proactive Sales Advisor to join a fast-growing team. You’ll be engaging with warm leads, supporting customers who have enquired about government benefits, and helping them take the first step toward financial support.

You’ll manage your own pipeline in the CRM, book appointments, and benefit from full training, with potential for progression into a Claims Processor role and a generous bonus up to £4,000 per year.

What will you be doing as a Sales Advisor?

Do you have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and genuinely listened to? If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships and making a real difference every day, this Sales Advisor role could be the perfect fit.

We're recruiting for a fast-growing and ambitious business in Altrincham Town Centre looking to expand their friendly team with an Internal Sales Advisor. This is a genuinely rewarding sales based role where you’ll finish each day knowing you’ve helped someone access support that could make a real difference to their life while also having the chance to earn up to £4,000 pa in bonuses. This is a role that offers superb career opportunities.

This is much more than a typical sales or customer service role. You'll be supporting customers who have already enquired about claiming a government benefit, helping them take the first step towards accessing the financial support they may be entitled to. Duties will include:

• Making outbound calls to customers who have enquired about the services the company provides (no cold calling - these are all warm leads!)
• Speaking with customers over the phone throughout the day, handling queries and following up warm leads
• Building trust and rapport with older customers, making them feel comfortable, supported and understood
• Clearly explaining the service and answering questions with patience and empathy
• Handling objections gently but confidently, guiding customers through the next steps
• Managing your own pipeline of enquiries using the CRM system
• Booking suitable customers into appointments with the Claims Processing team

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Whether you've worked as a Telesales Executive, Appointment Setter, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Experience Advisor, Contact Centre Advisor, Call Centre Advisor, or in another telephone-based customer service role, we'd love to hear from you.

You’ll have:

• A confident, engaging and friendly telephone manner
• The ability to make outbound calls on a daily basis
• Experience in pensions, insurance, claims, or other financial services based industries would be interesting but is not essential
• A kind, compassionate and patient approach and able to handle any objections empathetically and clearly
• The ability to quickly rapport and gain people's trust to guide them to making an appointment
• Clear, easy-to-understand communication skills
• Confidence using a CRM system and managing your own workload
• A positive attitude
