Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Administration or Sales Support role is preferred.
• Comfortable using Word, Excel and email.
• Accurate with a strong eye for detail.
• Confident with excellent people skills.

Responsibilities

• Support field-based account managers by providing excellent customer support.
• Liaise with customers by phone and email, building positive relationships.
• Assist with day-to-day enquiries and update customers on order progress.
• Prepare and issue quotes, monitor outstanding quotes and flag them.
• Update customer records, pricing and CRM data.
