Job summary

Aspion is seeking an Internal Sales / Account Manager to join its metal stockholding business in Swanley. You will build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, manage quotations, process orders and work to maximise sales and margins in a fast-paced industrial environment.

The role focuses on developing the existing customer base, identifying opportunities for upselling, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in Internal Sales, Account Management, or a related role.
• Experience with metal stockholding or industrial products is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
• Prepare quotations and follow up opportunities to secure business.
• Process orders and coordinate with operations to ensure service levels.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information.
