Job summary

Aspion in Swanley is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join its growing commercial team. You will build relationships, win new business and develop long-term customer accounts, with a focus on outbound activity and tailoring solutions.

The role welcomes candidates from various sales backgrounds; attitude, resilience and people skills matter more than industry experience. You should be curious, commercially minded and comfortable speaking with customers to create opportunities.

• Experience in sales or business development desirable

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and win new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Manage and grow customer accounts to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Conduct outbound sales activity including cold calling and lead generation.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to develop long-term partnerships.
• Keep CRM systems updated with sales activity and pipeline information.
• Monitor market activity and identify potential areas for growth.
