Job summary

HRGO Recruitment are recruiting an ambitious and customer focused Internal Sales Representative to join a growing team based in Runcorn. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage customer enquiries, develop existing accounts, generate new opportunities, and guide orders from initial contact through to completion, ensuring a high level of service and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for growth
• Contact prospective customers and follow up on leads to generate new business
• Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional support
• Prepare quotations and support customers through the purchasing process
• Manage customer orders, stock enquiries and delivery expectations
• Follow up on outstanding quotations to maximise sales opportunities
• Promote additional products and solutions where appropriate
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure customers receive a smooth and efficient service

• Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
