Job summary

HRGO Recruitment are recruiting an ambitious and customer focused Internal Sales Representative to join a growing team based in Runcorn.

In this fast-paced role you will manage customer enquiries, develop existing accounts and generate new opportunities, delivering an excellent customer experience from initial contact through to order completion, with a clear path to growth. You will use CRM and MS Office, and work Monday–Friday days in a permanent role.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales or customer service or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence making outbound calls and following up opportunities.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive approach with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Competence using Microsoft Office and CRM/business systems.
• Willingness to learn technical product information (full training provided).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify growth opportunities.
• Contact prospective customers and follow up on leads to generate new business.
• Handle enquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional support.
• Prepare quotations and support customers through the purchasing process.
• Manage customer orders, stock enquiries and delivery expectations.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations to maximise sales opportunities.
• Promote additional products and solutions where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
