HRGO Recruitment are recruiting an ambitious and customer focused Internal Sales Representative to join a growing team based in Runcorn.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in supporting business growth by managing customer enquiries, developing existing accounts, generating new opportunities, and delivering an excellent customer experience from initial contact through to order completion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an internal sales, sales support, customer service or account management role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence making outbound calls and following up opportunities.
• Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for growth.
• Contact prospective customers and follow up on leads to generate new business.
• Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional support.
• Prepare quotations and support customers through the purchasing process.
• Manage customer orders, stock enquiries and delivery expectations.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations to maximise sales opportunities.
• Promote additional products and solutions where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure customers receive a smooth and efficient service.

We are looking for a motivated sales professional who is confident communicating with customers and enjoys working towards targets.

You will ideally have:

• Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail


• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities


• Competence using Microsoft Office and CRM/business systems
