Job summary

Pertemps Bond in Hinckley is seeking an Internal Sales professional to join a well-established business and support growth. This varied role combines account management, inbound enquiries and proactive sales.

You’ll build relationships with existing customers, identify new opportunities, prepare quotations and work closely with the external sales team to turn enquiries into orders. If you enjoy speaking to customers, developing relationships and having a direct impact on sales, this Internal

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Internal Sales, sales or customer service.
• Ideally, experience within a construction, engineering, manufacturing or similar environment.
• Confident communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to identify and follow up sales opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Respond to incoming enquiries and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Proactively contact customers and prospects to generate new business.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow these through to order.
• Work closely with the external sales team to support key accounts and maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide a high level of customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Process orders and keep customer information and sales activity up to date.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

We’re recruiting for an Internal Sales professional to join a well-established business in Hinckley, supporting the continued growth of the company.

This is a varied Internal Sales role combining account management, inbound enquiries and proactive sales. You’ll build relationships with existing customers, identify new opportunities, prepare quotations and work closely with the external sales team to turn enquiries into orders.
