Job summary

Rhodium Consulting is recruiting for an Internal Sales role in Dover. You will work in the sales office and on the trade counter, handling enquiries, quotations, and customer service to support a growing electrical wholesale branch.

The ideal candidate has solid electrical product knowledge, strong relationship skills, and prior trade counter or internal/telephone sales experience in an electrical wholesaler environment. Salary up to £35k with bonus and confident customer focus.

The role:

• Working as part of a small team helping out where needed
• Working in the sales office and on the trade counter where you will become an integral part of a busy and growing branch
• Answer all telephone enquiries, dealing with sales queries and quotations
• Serve on the trade counter providing a quick and accurate response to customer's needs.
• Assist with the growth of the business working as a team to exceed sales targets
• You will ensure that the needs of the customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently whilst providing a service that ensures that customers return on a regular basis

Skills & Experience needed:

• Good Electrical Product knowledge
• The ability to build relationships with different types of customer
• Have worked on the trade counter or within an internal sales / telephone sales role previously in an electrical wholesale environment
• Good telephone manner
