Job summary

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD seeks an Internal B2B Sales Executive for Rugby (Houlton). This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) and a salary of £30k-£35k plus bonus.

You will handle inbound B2B sales and account management for a portfolio of small accounts, mostly via phone/Teams, with full training provided. The role is Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00, with career security and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Inbound B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Local to Rugby and able to commute to Houlton.
• Outgoing, chatty, easy to get on with.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from new customers making enquiries.
• Manage a portfolio of smaller accounts with dedicated contact.
• Mostly phone and Teams, some email/messaging.
• Work in a target-driven, close-knit team.
