Job summary

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD in Rugby is seeking an Internal Sales Executive (B2B) to convert inbound inquiries into orders and manage key customer accounts. This hybrid role offers three days in the office and two days from home, with a clear path to meeting sales targets.

You will engage with a varied customer base, from wholesalers to direct customers, delivering excellent service and nurturing long-term relationships in a technical manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound B2B sales or account management, preferably in manufacturing, technical or industrial sectors.
• Strong communication skills and confident client interaction.
• Proactive, commercially minded with a focus on sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound enquiries into orders.
• Manage existing customer accounts to drive retention and growth.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer spend and develop long-term relationships.
• Support customers by phone, email and Teams, ensuring a great customer journey.
• Work toward sales targets as part of a small team.
