Confidential in Rugby (Houlton) is seeking an Internal B2B Sales Executive to join a hybrid, permanent team. The role offers a base salary of £30k–£35k depending on experience, plus an annual bonus, with a 3-days-in-office/2-days-home pattern.

You will handle inbound B2B sales inquiries, manage a portfolio of smaller accounts, and work mainly via phone and Teams, with some email communication. Local candidates to Rugby preferred.

• Local to Rugby.
• Outgoing, chatty, easy to get on with.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from new customers making enquiries.
• Manage a portfolio of smaller accounts with no dedicated contact.
• Mostly phone and Teams, some email/messaging; target-driven, close-knit team.
