Job summary

SolviT Recruitment Ltd is hiring an Internal B2B Sales Executive in Rugby (Houlton). The role is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) with a salary of £30k-£35k DOE plus bonus. Working hours are 08:30–17:00, Mon–Fri, in a permanent full-time position with 2 vacancies.

The successful candidate will handle inbound calls from new customers, manage a portfolio of smaller accounts, and work mainly via phone/Teams with some email!

Qualifications

• Inbound B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Local to Rugby.
• Outgoing, chatty, easy to get on with.
