InVentry Ltd. is seeking an Internal Account Manager to serve our existing customer base and drive growth. You will identify opportunities, maintain relationships, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional service while meeting sales targets.

The role emphasizes customer focus, CRM accuracy, and professional communication with partners, resellers, and clients at industry events.

Formación

• Strong communication and listening skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and sales-driven with energy and enthusiasm.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
• Confident and professional when speaking with customers over the phone.
• High level of computer proficiency, able to manage emails and invoices.
• Experience with CRM systems is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound enquiries and proactively contact existing InVentry customers.
• Identify new business opportunities for yourself and the wider sales team.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop sales campaigns.
• Liaise with External Account Managers, Resellers and Internal Support Team for a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Build strong relationships with partners and resellers at trade shows and events.
