Job summary

Inspire Resourcing Ltd in Chesterfield is seeking an Internal Account Manager to join a fast‑paced sales team. You will manage customer accounts, support the sales process from quotation to order fulfilment, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless delivery.

This role emphasizes strong relationship building, timely administration, and meeting tight dispatch deadlines. You will liaise with Sales, Production and Finance to fulfil customer expectations and help drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Account Manager, Inside Sales, Sales Administrator, or similar customer‑focused role
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• High attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders efficiently and accurately
• Handle purchase orders and raise customer invoices
