Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking an Internal Account Manager for our Poole office. The role focuses on solving customer problems and ensuring orders progress smoothly, with opportunities for bonus and growth within a supportive pod.

You will manage inquiries, process orders across ERP/CRM, and coordinate logistics to deliver results. A background in account management or customer service is ideal, with strong Excel and multi-system experience.

Qualifications

• Background in account management, customer service, coordination or PA work where you owned problems, not just followed scripts.
• Excellent Excel skills and confidence using multiple systems.
• Strong organisational abilities and the ability to juggle several priorities.
• Confident, professional communication by email, phone and Teams.
• Resilience and initiative when plans change.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics or export would be useful but isn’t essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shared customer inbox and phone line, owning queries through to resolution.
• Process customer orders from receipt to delivery across ERP, CRM and data systems.
• Find alternatives when products are delayed or unavailable and work with internal experts.
• Coordinate goods and booking transport to third-party logistics sites within freight allowances.
• Prepare shipping and export paperwork.
• Review stock and reorder reports and make recommendations based on forecasts.
