Job summary

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is seeking an organised, customer focused Internal Account Manager to manage end-to-end sales and procurement across an assigned customer base.

You will prepare quotations, process orders, place supplier orders, manage renewals and support installation projects, working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are delivered smoothly and provide a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, account management, customer service or sales administration.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Good commercial awareness and supplier negotiation skills.
• Strong IT and CRM/accounting system skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Experience within the technology sector is desirable.
