Rubicon Recruitment is seeking an Internal Account Manager in Poole. The role pays up to £31,000 per year plus bonus and involves solving client problems and ensuring orders progress smoothly from receipt to delivery.

You will manage a shared inbox, coordinate with ERP/CRM systems, and work with logistics and internal experts to resolve issues, while enjoying a strong bonus structure and supportive team.

Competenze

• Background in account management, customer service, coordination or PA work where you owned problems.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence picking up multiple systems.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle several priorities.
• Confident, professional communication by email, phone and Teams.
• Resilience and initiative when plans change.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics or export would be useful but isn't essential.

Mansioni

• Managing a shared customer inbox and phone line, owning queries through to resolution.
• Processing customer orders from receipt to delivery across ERP, CRM and data systems.
• Finding alternatives when products are delayed or unavailable, and working with internal experts to get the best outcome.
• Coordinating goods in and booking transport to third-party logistics sites within agreed freight allowances.
• Preparing shipping and export paperwork.
• Reviewing stock and reorder reports, and making recommendations based on customer forecasts.

This Internal Account Manager role pays up to 31,000 plus bonus and based in Poole.
When an order hits a snag, you'll be the one who finds the alternative, brings in the right people and gets it sorted.
