This company works on one‑off, architect‑led, technically complex homes from listed buildings and conservation‑area refurbishments to basements, structural alterations, and full townhouse transformations.

This is not volume housing or process‑driven production work; this is detail‑led, hands‑on construction at the premium end.

The Role
  • Take full commercial ownership of bespoke residential & heritage refurbishment projects
  • Manage procurement of specialist subcontract packages (basements, structural, heritage trades, finishes)
  • Run valuations, variations, CVRs, cost reporting & forecasting
  • Work closely with Directors, Consultants & Site Teams on design‑led schemes
  • Support with tendering and early‑stage cost planning
