Role Overview:

Are you a data-driven finance professional who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments? We are recruiting an Interim Finance Analyst for a Private Equity-backed real estate company. This project-heavy role involves working at the intersection of finance, data, and strategy, making it ideal for someone experienced with complex data and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the CFO and Head of FP&A on project and reporting requirements
• Clean, consolidate, and structure messy financial and operational data across multiple systems
• Build and refine financial models and reporting packs for investor and board presentations
• Analyze key commercial KPIs (e.g., occupancy rates, rental yield, lease churn) and extract insights
• Support due diligence and valuation processes with external advisors and PE stakeholders
• Enhance data visibility and financial storytelling
• Collaborate with asset managers, finance, and strategy teams

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; Anaplan experience is a plus
• Ability to transform chaotic data into clear insights
• Comfortable working under ambiguity with competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect numbers to business stories
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent), with experience being highly valued
