Location: London (Hybrid)
Duration: 3-6 months

Are you a data-driven finance professional who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments? We are recruiting an Interim Finance Analyst for a Private Equity-backed real estate company. This project-heavy role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and strategy, making it ideal for someone experienced with complex data and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work directly with the CFO and Head of FP&A on project and reporting requirements
2. Clean, consolidate, and structure messy financial and operational data across multiple systems
3. Build and refine financial models and reporting packs for investor and board presentations
4. Analyze key commercial KPIs (e.g., occupancy rates, rental yield, lease churn) and distill insights
5. Support due diligence and valuation processes with external advisors and PE stakeholders
6. Improve data visibility and financial storytelling
7. Collaborate with asset managers, finance, and strategy teams

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; Anaplan experience is a plus
• Ability to turn chaotic data into clear insights
• Comfort working under ambiguity with competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Commercial mindset with ability to connect numbers to business story
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent; experience is highly valued
