Job description

A Local Authority in North West London is looking to appoint a Senior Finance Analyst on an Interim basis. Spencer Clarke Group is working with the client to find the successful candidate.

What's on offer:

  • Negotiable based on experience

  • Contract type: Contract (36 hrs a week)
  • Hours: 09:00 - 17:00

About the role:

As a Senior Finance Analyst within the housing companies finance team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and high-quality business planning and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Regular financial reporting and analysis.
  • Conducting formal investment appraisals to assess the financial viability of future development opportunities.
  • Providing strategic financial advice to senior management and the company boards.
  • Exploring and negotiating funding for capital acquisitions from the shareholder or other stakeholders.
  • Developing financial models and projections, including the 30-year business plan, to support decision-making.

About you:
You will have the following experience:

  • Qualifications: CCAB-qualified accountant
  • Knowledge: evidence of significant relevant continuing professional development (CPD)
