Location: Blended between office and home (England and Wales). Time in office negotiable

This is an exciting opportunity to advance the Transformation activities across National teams and Local networks, helping to build financial sustainability and enable Citizens Advice to strengthen its mission for another 80 years.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, consistent service. The role involves supporting transformation activities within the finance team, working on long-term changes to financial and operational processes in national and local teams. It includes data analysis, information management, modeling, and review of ideas and changes suggested through transformation initiatives. The role also involves maintaining strong business reporting links with teams supporting the charity daily and participating as a key team member in project and change management activities.

Please include specific evidence of the following essential criteria in your cover letter:

1. Proven ability in a finance consultancy role, or similar role providing professional business services.
2. Experience in building financial models to assess or value opportunities, including advising on financial risks.
3. Understanding of project costing principles, such as activity-based costing and value for money, with the ability to communicate these to stakeholders.

Additionally, ensure your CV demonstrates evidence of the following:

1. Professional or academic qualification in financial/management accounting (or equivalent experience).
2. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic), financial modeling, and proficiency with other IT packages.
