The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Procurement Manager should have :
  • Proven experience in public sector procurement, ideally within local government
  • Strong knowledge of construction procurement and frameworks
  • Operational, hands‑on approach to procurement delivery
  • Ability to work on‑site in Harlow 4 days per week
  • Immediate availability preferred
