The role requires strong employee relations experience and hands-on collaboration with managers across multiple Midlands sites.

Travel to sites will be required as part of a pragmatic, coaching-focused leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leader with proven experience in fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environments.
• Strong employee relations background is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach with coaching and relationship-building skills.
• Able to travel to Midlands sites when required.
