Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for an interim assignment in Manchester with travel to Nottingham and London as required. This role focuses on translating priorities into a people plan across multiple sites and leading workforce initiatives.

You will drive organisational design, succession planning, and data-driven decision making while partnering with senior leaders and Finance. This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity with a short-term horizon.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior HRBP in a complex, fast-paced operation.
• Experience in distribution, logistics or FMCG sectors preferred.
• Strong workforce planning, organisational design and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into a focused people plan with senior leaders.
• Lead headcount planning across distribution centres and future resourcing needs.
• Deliver a defined people project with stakeholders and practical outcomes.
• Oversee HR data management and analytics to inform decisions.
• Support organisational design and change initiatives to improve operations.
• Budget forecasting and resource allocation with HR and Finance.
• Strengthen talent agenda through succession planning and inclusion.
• Coach senior leaders with pragmatic guidance.
