Cherry Professional is recruiting an Interim HR Business Partner for a rapidly growing organisation with approximately 500 employees across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role for a proactive HR professional who can hit the ground running, solve problems, and drive action.

You'll partner with leaders across the business, manage employee relations matters, improve HR processes, and support a business experiencing significant growth.

• Strong generalist HR background.

• Confident managing complex employee relations issues.

45,000 - 50,000 Pro Rata Immediate Start 3 Month Contract

This is a hands-on role for a proactive HR professional who can hit the ground running, solve problems, and drive action. You'll partner with leaders across the business, manage employee relations matters, improve HR processes, and support a business experiencing significant growth.

About You

Location

• 3 days per week in Wolverhampton
• 2 days per week in Coleshill

Experience within logistics, manufacturing, distribution or other fast-paced operational environments would be advantageous, but is not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact within a growing business, with an initial 3-month contract and strong potential for extension.
