We are working with an NHS organisation to find an HR Change Lead to support them with an organisational-wide restructure in light of recent announcements from NHS England.
You will support the business through consultations, engagement sessions, and end-to-end management of the process by supporting departmental leads.
Applicants must have recent and extensive NHS experience; this is essential for consideration.
The role requires a strong background in managing change from an HR perspective, as redundancies may be involved.
This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months, paying up to £72k.
Please note - this role is mostly remote with on-site presence required only once a month near Swindon.
