The Interim HR Business Partner will work as part of a small HR team, reporting to an HR Director. This is a varied and generalist role, supporting both operational and strategic HR matters. The role involves partnering with various Head Office functions within this manufacturing/distribution business, including but not limited to:
Ideal candidates will have a proven HR generalist background and be comfortable handling both operational and strategic issues. You should be qualified to CIPD level 5 or 7. Candidates must be able to start on short notice and commit to a 5-6 month interim assignment.
Salary up to £55k, hybrid working, 5-6 months interim contract.
