PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful manufacturing and distribution company based in Walsall with the appointment of an Interim HR Business Partner to join for a 5-6 months interim contract.

This role can offer hybrid working of 3-4 days in the office per week.

Job Description

The role of Interim HR Business Partner involves working as part of a small HR team, reporting to a HR Director. It is a varied and generalist role, supporting operational and strategic HR matters, partnering with various Head Office functions within this manufacturing/distribution business.

• Provide advice on employee relations casework
• Coach and mentor line managers
• Support development of junior HR team members
• Deputise for HR management/leadership and attend SLT meetings
• Support recruitment and onboarding
• Manage HR projects and initiatives
• Support the implementation of the people strategy

Candidate Profile

Proven HR generalist background, comfortable with operational and strategic issues. CIPD level 5 or 7 preferred. Able to start on short notice and commit to 5-6 months.
