A Not-for-profit organization is seeking an Interim HR Business Partner to support strategic HR issues for a temporary period of 2-3 months starting February 2026. This role, based in East London, requires managing employee relations cases, supporting HR projects, and building relationships with stakeholders. I am currently looking for an Interim HR Business Partner for my Not‑for‑profit client based in East London. The role will be for a period of 2‑3 months, beginning February 2026, with a daily rate of £256.22 through an umbrella company. Presence in the office is required at least one day per week; the remainder of the work will be carried out remotely.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will support and guide managers with strategic issues and employee relations cases.
• CIPD Qualified (level 5 and up)
• Relevant experience in employee relations and HR advisory roles within the Not‑for‑profit sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision‑makers
• Capacity to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver on time in a temporary assignment
