Job summary

Interim FM Contracts Administrator role based in Lincoln, offering hybrid working with up to 2 days on site. Initial 3-6 month contract with likely extension to 12 months, full-time Monday-Friday, ASAP start.

You'll own a diverse portfolio of outsourced Hard and Soft FM contracts, drive contractor performance, ensure compliance, and provide senior stakeholder reporting. NEC4 experience and strong governance are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high-value FM service contracts.
• Experience with NEC4 contracts is preferred.
• Strong governance, risk management and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication.
• Ability to deliver with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor a portfolio of outsourced Hard and Soft FM contracts.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Lead contract review meetings and performance discussions.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, compliance standards, and contractual obligations.
• Drive improvements in service delivery and contractor performance.
• Manage contract documentation, records, risks, and audit trails.
• Support health & safety, statutory, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Review expenditure, forecasts, and commercial performance data.
• Provide clear management information and performance reports to senior stakeholders.
• Support procurement, tendering, contract renewals, and mobilisation activities where required.
• Handle contractual communications, task orders, and compensation events in line with agreed contract procedures.
