Job summary

World Class Defence Organisation is seeking a FM Data Transformation Lead on a 12-month contract. The role is hybrid with 1-2 days onsite in Stevenage, Bolton or Bristol and remote for the rest.

You will lead end-to-end data and reporting transformation across Facilities Management, establishing governance, data quality standards and KPI libraries while collaborating with Information Management and Cyber Security to deliver reliable reporting and a smooth handover to BAU.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading data/BI transformation programmes.
• Strong data governance, ownership and data quality expertise.
• Proven ability to develop KPI frameworks with clear definitions.
• Understanding of data modelling, integration and reporting architecture.
• Power BI expertise and ability to guide solution design.
• Experience with multiple data sources and data quality issues.
• Solid programme/workstream management with milestone ownership.
• Experience of UAT, adoption and transition to BAU.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the FM Data & Reporting Transformation Programme with milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain a clear programme plan with dependencies, risks and progress updates.
• Validate outputs against approved requirements and reuse outputs where appropriate.
• Coordinate across FM functions and engage stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Maintain programme documentation and evidence of delivery.
• Provide regular progress updates and flag risks or decisions for FM leadership.
