Job summary

Adecco is seeking an Interim FM Contracts Administrator in Lincoln, working hybrid with up to two days on site. Initial 3-6 month contract, five days a week, ASAP start. You will manage a portfolio of outsourced hard and soft FM contracts, ensuring compliance and value for money.

Key responsibilities include contract reviews, KPI/SLA monitoring, and governance, plus supporting procurement, renewals, and mobilisation. Strong NEC4 experience and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high-value FM service contracts.
• Strong knowledge of both Hard and Soft Facilities Management.
• Experience working with NEC contracts, ideally NEC4.
• Track record of improving contractor performance and service delivery.
• Strong understanding of FM compliance, risk management, and health & safety requirements.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, contract performance reviews, and governance processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to quickly embed into an organisation and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of outsourced Hard and Soft FM contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Lead contract review meetings and performance discussions.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, compliance standards, and contractual obligations.
• Drive improvements in service delivery and contractor performance.
• Manage contract documentation, records, risks, and audit trails.
• Support health & safety, statutory, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Review expenditure, forecasts, and commercial performance data.
• Provide clear management information and performance reports to senior stakeholders.
• Support procurement, tendering, contract renewals, and mobilisation activities where required.
• Handle contractual communications, task orders, and compensation events in line with agreed contract procedures.
