Job summary

Paragon Asra Housing Limited is seeking an experienced Interim Facilities Manager to take responsibility for our two main office locations and satellite sites, ensuring they are safe, compliant, efficient and welcoming.

You will lead a small team of three, manage facilities operations, supplier relationships, health and safety compliance, budgets and workplace services, and drive a major office relocation project from planning to delivery while maintaining business continuity and employee

Qualifications

• Proven facilities management experience across multiple sites.
• Strong project management skills, ideally including office relocations.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work at pace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations across two main offices and satellite sites.
• Manage supplier relationships and budgets for facilities and workplace services.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across all locations.
• Lead a team of three facilities staff and develop the team.
