Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of facilities services across our office portfolio. You will oversee a team of Facilities Officers, manage contractor performance, and ensure safety, compliance, and value for money across sites.

Based at Fleet House with regular travel across our London offices, the role is primarily office-based with one day of hybrid working.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading a Facilities Management team across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, systems, procurement and office moves.
• Experience with PPM schedules and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to travel daily across sites and offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of facilities services across the office portfolio.
• Oversee contractor performance and value for money in service delivery.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance and compliance with legislation.
• Deliver facilities projects and enhance workplace experience aligned with HEART values.
