Job summary

Bimplus is recruiting an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations across multiple UK office locations, supporting ~1,200 employees and ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency and presentation. Qualifications

• Proven Facilities Management or Premises Management experience.
• Experience managing facilities across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, health & safety, and workplace compliance.
• Experience managing suppliers, contractors and service providers.
• Experience with service charge budgets, reconciliations and property documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Commercial awareness and budget management experience.
• Proactive and customer-focused service delivery.
• Proficiency in facilities management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage planned preventative maintenance and reactive works across multiple sites.
• Oversee health & safety and statutory compliance across the estate.
• Manage supplier, contractor and landlord relationships.
• Lead and develop a small facilities team.
• Manage service charge processes, budgets and cost control.
• Conduct workplace audits and office inspections.
• Support office refurbishments, relocations and workplace improvement projects.
• Drive operational efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Provide regular reporting on facilities performance and risks.
• Ensure an outstanding workplace experience for employees, clients and visitors.
