Job summary

Bradford District and Craven Mind is seeking an Interim CYP Service Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support across our Children and Young People services during a period of workforce transition, vacancies and staff absence. The role is temporary for approximately six months, with 1.0 to 0.5 WTE capacity and hybrid or remote working where suitable for the role.

Two posts are available: 37-hour and 18.5-hour posts, with some flexibility in hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, coordination or operational support roles.
• Experience maintaining databases, trackers and records.
• Experience producing reports and monitoring information.
• Experience supporting quality assurance or audit processes.
• Knowledge of safeguarding within children, health, social care or voluntary sector settings.
• Strong organisational and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete case file audits and service activity spot checks.
• Maintain audit records and monitor follow-up actions.
• Ensure recording standards and record keeping comply.
• Provide operational oversight of incidents and safeguarding concerns.
• Coordinate staff rotas, cover arrangements and workforce records.
• Monitor referrals, caseloads and waiting lists across CYP services.
• Produce routine operational reports and data quality checks.
