CommunityWorks Bradford is seeking a Centre Operations & Development Manager to run the Centre day-to-day and help shape its future as a welcoming, inclusive hub for local residents. The role includes leading facility staff, creating activities for young people, and delivering programmes in partnership with the CEO to strengthen community engagement and opportunities for residents. Hours: 18 to 21 per week.

Period: two years (with potential extension). Salary: £36,750 per annum – pro rata.

• Experience in community development or centre management.
• Line management of facility staff.
• Commitment to inclusive, community-focused activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Centre's day-to-day operations and development.
• Lead and support facility staff (Caretaker, Cook, Cleaner).
