Job summary

Bradford District and Craven Mind is seeking a Service Coordinator to lead a team of Crisis Support Workers and deliver one-to-one crisis support. Based across Bradford and Craven, the role requires strong supervision, rota management, safeguarding, and compassionate, person-centred help for people in distress.

You will collaborate with NHS services and community partners to ensure safe, timely access to ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent IT skills with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Experience in risk assessment and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day supervision and support of Crisis Support Workers.
• Lead and manage shifts, rotas, safeguarding, and team meetings.
• Deliver one-to-one crisis support (face to face or phone).
• Manage referrals and book appointments.
• Ensure accurate records are kept in MYMUP client system.
• Provide mentoring and support to colleagues; participate in training.
