Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Commercial & Contracts Manager on a contractor / interim basis in Sittingbourne, Kent. The role focuses on driving commercial performance, managing tender submissions, and ensuring robust contract governance.

You will lead negotiations, manage the full contract lifecycle, ensure ISO compliance, and develop strategies to maximise revenue and profitability across projects.

Formación

• Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify revenue opportunities.
• Proven experience negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
• Ability to balance risk, compliance and profitability objectives.
• Significant experience managing contracts within a commercial environment.
• Experience completing PQQs, tenders, and bid responses.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and contract profitability.
• Lead commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Review and manage contractual terms to minimise risk and maximise outcomes.
• Support growth through development of commercial strategies and frameworks.
• Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage full contract lifecycle from pre-qualification to award and delivery.
• Prepare, review and submit PQQs, tenders, RFQs and bid documentation.
• Maintain records of contracts, variations and commercial agreements.
• Develop client relationships to support retention and business development.
• Manage document control systems and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Assist audits and maintain bid submissions, policies and procedures.
