P3 Charity (People Potential Possibilities) in Cambridge is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our accommodation-based services. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging healthy lifestyles and helping adults experiencing mental illness develop skills for independent living.

You will work closely with partners across the county to achieve positive outcomes for individuals. You will also ensure paperwork is accurately recorded on our internal IT system and contribute to a multi-agency

Job description

Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Work Pattern: 2 week rolling rota

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our brilliant team of Support Workers working in our accommodation-based services in Cambridge, providing housing related support to adults who are experiencing Mental Illness.

You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living. You will work closely with our partners across the county and take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals.

You must have a can-do attitude, be willing to go the extra mile and be able to think outside the box. You will work on our internal IT system ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded and up to date. You must be able make decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals to create positive outcomes.
