Job summary

CRH/Tarmac is seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead integration, cutover and hypercare activities within a major enterprise transformation programme. You will coordinate across business, technology and supplier teams to ensure readiness for go-live and stabilization.

This hybrid UK role offers exposure to a high-profile programme (Project Falcon) and opportunities to shape governance, risk management and post-go-live support while delivering tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant Project Management experience within large-scale technology or business transformation programmes.
• Experience leading Integration, Cutover and Hypercare activities.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple workstreams through testing, deployment and go-live.
• Experience managing complex risks, dependencies and delivery readiness activities.
• Experience working across business, technical and supplier organisations.
• Demonstrable stakeholder governance experience.
• Experience supporting service transition and operational handover activities.
• Ability to operate within structured programme delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration activities across multiple systems.
• Coordinate cutover readiness and go-live activities.
• Manage hypercare planning and post-go-live support.
