Job summary

Delaney & Bourton is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead integration, cutover and hypercare within a major enterprise transformation programme in the UK.

The role focuses on end-to-end integration, go-live readiness, service transition and stabilisation, coordinating multiple teams and managing dependencies.

Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote; location options include Leicestershire, Loughborough, Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Northampton, Tamworth.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale technology or business transformation projects.
• Strong background in integration, cutover and hypercare.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration planning and coordination.
• Manage technical, business and third-party dependencies.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT readiness and detailed cutover planning.
• Oversee deployment and go-live activities across teams.
• Provide command and control during critical deployment activities.
• Oversee hypercare and service transition post go-live.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and readiness.
• Engage stakeholders across business, technology, suppliers and leadership.
