Job summary

Tarmac, part of CRH, is seeking a Programme Manager to lead Project Falcon, a high‑impact enterprise transformation affecting Order and Dispatch operations. Hybrid work arrangement available, with remote work components from Mountsorrel and other UK locations.

You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinating design, build, testing and deployment, while managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure a successful, integrated solution.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
• Experience leading systems integrators, software vendors and delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Project Falcon, from design to deployment.
• Own the integrated programme baseline across design, SAP/CRM interfaces, data and deployment.
• Provide governance and reporting to Programme Director and Steering Committee.
• Drive alignment across customer, operations, logistics, finance and technology stakeholders.
