Job summary

Tarmac, part of CRH, is seeking a senior Programme Manager to lead Project Falcon—a strategic, enterprise-wide transformation across order and dispatch, ERP, interfaces, data and testing. You will own end-to-end delivery and align senior stakeholders with a single integrated solution vision.

In this role you will guide design through deployment, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure robust governance, testing and deployment readiness while delivering lasting value for customers and operations.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
Proven success delivering complex system implementations across design, build, integration, testing and deployment.
Experience managing multiple workstreams, suppliers and rollout phases.
Strong background in systems integration, data migration and deployment readiness.
Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder governance and executive reporting.
Experience leading system integrators and delivery partners to outcomes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of Project Falcon from design to deployment.
Lead cross-functional teams through design, build, validation, pilot and rollout.
Ensure requirements translate into deployment-ready solutions.
Govern deployment readiness, cutover planning and phased rollout execution.
Protect customer service and operational continuity during implementation.
